Smash-hit phenomenon Camp Rock is back this autumn with its much anticipated sequel Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam and Disney Channel is inviting fans and street dancer Tobias Mead to get ready to rock.  The Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam tour bus will be visiting Blackpool (28th August), Bournemouth (11th Sept) and London (12th Sept) with a crew of talented dancers led by Tobias Mead, who will be performing the latest dance move to sweep the country, Pass It On!, created by Rosero McCoy (the official choreographer from Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam).

Camp Rock took the UK by storm in 2008 and Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam is set to be bigger and better with brand new tunes and show-stopping choreography. Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam is to premiere on Disney Channel at 6.30pm on September 17th and is out to own DVD on 20th September.

Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam sees Mitchie (Demi Lovato) and friends returning to Camp Rock, eager to tune up and rock out. Nobody's more excited than Mitchie, who anticipates more than a summer of music. Fresh from a world tour, the rock band Connect 3 (The Jonas Brothers) are also hanging out there all summer.

But all is not as it appears at the teen paradise, when a competitor camp opens on the other side of the lake, threatening the camp.
